    @gundoc I have read both books about Charles Uphan VC & BAR, The Mark of the Lion, and Tom Scott's, Searching for Charlie. Epic tales of bravery, risk taking, victories and captivity. Great yarn about him sneaking up on a couple of poachers on the back of his farm.

    Back in the 70-80's NZDA Wellington had a running boar sett up on John Humes farm in Ohariu Valley. I hope that range is still operating? It is literally on the other side of the ridge behind my home in Ngaio. Happy days!
