Thread: Shooting position

Was your scope recently re-positioned and maybe eye-relief was set for taking a standing shot instead of a prone shot? The scope-to-eye distance is different for the two positions and you might be straining to get the correct eye-relief when prone if the scope was mounted and set for a standing shot. Happened to me once. Better to set up for prone and accommodate when standing than the other way around.
