    Suprising accuracy.....22 semi

Picked up this little honey off @Kiwilad2021 today it's a Winchester Cooey 64b.
Got her scoped up and off to the range to try some different breeds of ammo as the seller hadn't really shot this rifle much to tell me what it really liked.
    Tried:
    Remington gold (bulk stuff)
    Federal black box
    Cci velociter
    Cci subs
    Aquila subs

It cycled everything reliably except the dirty old aquila subs.
The trigger appears to have had some work as it definitely wasn't the 6lb plus i was expecting after google homework.
Surprisingly it shot all of the above very accurately.
CCI subs won the day consistently shooting 1 hole 5 shot groups at 50 yards as fast as i could pull the trigger.
I really wasnt expecting much from this rifle after googling the model, all i can say is wow ! Probably the most accurate 22lr I've ever owned and it's got nice timber to boot.
Anyway enough wanking on here's a few pics. Groups were shot prone off bipod at 50 yards, scope is a nikko silver crown fixed 4x jobbie.

Would love to, think it's gonna get a chop and suppressor before it does any real work

Good to see...sometimes you take a punt and it really comes up trumps. Then other times.....

    Nice score
It cycled cci subs no problem, think the aquila subs are quite a bit slower again

That's pretty impressive for 50 yards, a semi and non-match ammo!!
Whatever you do, don't start modding the rifle

@viper and I can leave some rabbits for you to shoot if you feel like a drive south... Bring lots of ammo, a warm jacket and stones green ginger wine for post shoot debrief.
