Longest shot i have ever taken was on a pig a couple of weeks ago at 187. He had his head down in long grass and I misread it slightly. Nailed him about 2 inches behind the shoulder, but had to finish him off as it smashed his spine.

I thought that I did quite well with 303 and open sights, but I guess it wouldnt hurt to get one of those new fang dangled scope things
