@BRADS in short words and sentences can you answer the following:
Could I come for one day, and if so what day?
Is there shorter range stuff like out to 500 yards (waiting for a cataract op-so a bit hazy at the mo)?
Would my clicky scoped 6.5x55 be ok - and could I re-sight it in if its not on?
How many shots would I need?
Will I be mocked and laughed at if I arrived with a zimmer frame and nurse, and miss a lot?

@BRADS is a busy man so:
Probably, the first day would be the best
Plenty of targets out to 500yds
6.5x55 will be more than adequate, people use .223 and smaller there.
You'll need as many or as few shots as you feel, but I'd recommend at least 20, 100+ ideally
The level of mocking and laughter will not be from missing, it's not that kind of crowd, most of it will be directed at @Gibo for one reason or another. I'll mind your zimmer frame and nurse for you.
Would you agree Duncan?
It would be good to meet you Bruce. I will soak up all the mockery no worries ;)
I flicked off a total of 5 shots last year. Most of those were misses. Nobody laughed more at me than me. I'd never shot a target beyond 100m before the trip. Hell I'm looking forward to the return trip.
Come on up mate
You'll be most welcome
There's lots of targets from 200m out to 2000m
You'll be surprised how far you can actually shoot when you put your mind to it.
You'll love it just for the comradeship if nothing else.
BTW.
Do you have a spare Nurse? :)
Cheers
Pete
All of that will be just fine Bruce, people use rifles that don't even have clicky dially knobs, last year there was lots of fun to be had out to 600.
Id be keen to finally meet you too, and if you miss well at least you have a damn good excuse, one eye on the target and the other on your nurse!
A male nurse will have you guys buggered
