Hi All, new guy here. I spend a bit of time in the Nelson/Marlborough region. Thanks to Admin for letting me join, can't be too careful these days.
I've found the forum discussion very helpful following the events in Chch recently. Some good information and discussion to help move forward through the current circus. This has become my go to place for links to factual information.

Welcome. I have found it best to focus on what I enjoy doing rather than getting caught up in the turmoil of politics and public sentiment. I was upset for a while... and I spoke up. I'm thinking I'm probably going to do more good by being a good-humoured ambassador for our traditional way of life.
