Welcome aboard. Very creative handle you came up with.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

    Welcome Cneelk.

I've enjoyed visiting SLC a few times (easy flight connections to NZ) and heading back in Oct on my way to Wyoming to hunt.

Haven't hunted Utah yet, but have enough points to draw a half decent general deer tag, so will get there in the next few years.

PM me if you need any help with hunting in NZ. Ive hunted a bit over there and hosted hunters from CO, MT and WY.

May in the South Island is ideal. Are you going DIY or guided?

Wow I appreciate all the warm welcomes from everyone! Like I said if anyone is considering hunting Utah let me know I have quite a bit of knowledge in a lot of areas of the state and would be happy to let someone tag along! For my upcoming NZ hunt it値l be DIY. Thinking about getting dropped by heli rural but still undecided. Looks like I don稚 have enough posts yet to PM but once I do I値l reach out CB!

Yup, welcome indeed..if you're touring in Nth Island anywhere around New Plymouth feel free to get in touch. We are in US in October, (lived and worked there 5 yrs), not hunting sadly. Had lots of fab hospitality there. Happy to return the favour. PM for details.

Since you're hunting DIY I can point you in the right direction. What are you looking to hunt? I haven't used helirural but he seems like a good operator.

I booked my SLC flights yesterday, will be heading up to WY for two weeks.
