    Hi from across the pond

    Hey All,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm from across the pond in the Northeastern US. I'm a Bowhunter Education Instructor who has been Hunting and fishing his entire life. Recently, I've been living vicariously through the many forum posts here as I'm in the research and planning stages of a 2-3 week Public Land DIY South Island trip in March/April 2019 for myself and 3 friends. We're hoping to get after some Tahr, Chamois, and Red Deer over the course of our trip.

If anyone has any questions about Hunting or Fishing over in the US, I'm happy to help. Depending on where and when, myself or a buddy might be able to meet up with you.

Thanks for the insight. At this point, our tentative thoughts were a tahr/chamois trip on the west coast with an east coast backup location, then a week of chasing reds further south.

    Welcome along.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
