Welcome to the forum Chris. @gadgetman may know the answer to your question. He will pop in soon now that I have mentioned him.
There are a heap of ranges behind the airport, rifle, shotgun and pistol. I'm not sure who does those disciplines you've mentioned but I'm certain they are done out there. I'd start with Robbie at Gunworks for a start in service rifle.
Robbie will be able to help you get into service rifle shooting its out in West Melton on the army range there coordinated by Frank the range warden pm me if you wish and I can give you his email for more info.
