Hi from Zambia
Hello
Just found this Forum by luck.
I am a kiwi living and working overseas in the underground mines.
Currently living the last 5 years in Zambia with my Zambian wife and two feral children.
Also working a 6week on 3 week off roster.
Enjoy my Deer hunting back home chasing mainly sika and red deer.
I still have a house in NZ which my eldest two girls squat in or as they put it look after it and babysit my dog.
We get home for about 3 to 4 weeks hunting per year and are moving home for good this year.
Never done any form of hunting here in Africa as in Zambian it is very costly and I cannot bring myself to pay and then have someone say
Oh yes you can shoot the one on the left.
Been using Heli sika blocks for the trips back home or walking into Kaimai,s on day trips as I have acesss down the road from home.
Enjoy the walk and stalk method mainly, but have been trying the sit and watch method a few times lately, but find myself back under the beech more often than not with my Vizsla Bok.
