    Its was so much simpler when it ment the guy who drove the train,blacksmith,boilermaker,fitter.
    Process engineering is basically just the design and operation of processes, examples would be a brewery, an oil refinery or a metal smelter. Given the raw materials, a process engineer figures out what needs to be done to them to make product and how to most efficiently do this. It's one of those background things that makes the world go round, but no-one not involved in knows exist haha!

    I'm thinking dairy, it's where I've come from and it's something I'd like to be a part of improving.

    Given a second run at life I'd probably go into pharmaceuticals
