About LinkBacksGiddy, I’ve been a long time lurker, but reluctantly poster and I’ve decided to start getting more active on the forum. I used to work in the bush but now have a boring office-type job. So I’m getting back into hunting a lot more lately as an excuse to get out into the hills and to get some meat for the family (and some pretty average trophies). I’m keen to get into reloading to hopefully be able to shoot a bit further with consistency.

Thanks Gary for the offer of help with reloading. I’ve got some mates that can hopefully show me the basics so should be right for now.

It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms
