Whats your business mate? Whats the community like on Stewart Island? Never ventured there myself but really keen. Partner and I thought about an impulse move to there recently.
Is this private land or doc rmlt land that you have access to?
Partner and a run a cafe, community is interestig, try and stay out of the politics to be honest!
Moving here is a bit difficult as most jobs are seasonal, 1/3 tourism 1/3 aquaculture and the rest odd jobs.
Both, doc is easy you just apply for the open block which is about 20mins walk from the end of the road

My wife was born and bred on the island.
