    Which son... he has 2 boys and a girl ... I could tell you some story’s ... I lived in the original house ,helped build his new house,old English bloke was the contractor......worked as a shepherd for ken and joy for 2 years.... heard joy was up Hawkes bay way these days... the kids were big into horses,gymkana......
    Always wondered what happened to john Carrad... he was an awesome bloke,great with dogs,won a few trials,Kens manager for years!!

    Now that would be an interesting conversation over a beer. How you go from working as a shepherd to working in airborne aluminium tubes.
    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
    Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded

    I worked for Andrew . He did say his mum is up in Hawkes Bay .

    @A330driver, John is still local in Coroglen Rise and has the block behind between Hongoeka & Pukerua Bay - to the west of SH1.

    Thanks for that... we worked that block and john knows it well.... the lambing beats were tough ,windy,rainy,not a lot of shelter..... we Lambed hoggets one year and lost 50% of them..... glad to hear john is around,always enjoyed his company and advice
