May I ask what sort of camera ya took the shot with Greg?
canon 500d with an 18 to 200 lens. set on a 30 second exposure, iso1600. f 3.5
i think it was i spent 20 photos lust getting the focus close lol.

Thats a cool pic greghud what time of the night was it and where is heddon bush? I have only seen the auroas once and they are surely a sight to remember.Well done for capturing that on camera:thumbsup:

The nearest thing we have to that up here is the Aucklandus Radiana (just made that up for the light polution from Auckland that I can see from the hill top at the back of the farm)
