How do I post a video clip

I have saved a short video clip to my hard drive. When I go to post a message and select "Insert video", it appears that I can only select a you tube item. Any help for an oldie??

Real guns start with the number 3 or bigger and make two holes, one in and one out

    I have the same problem.
Thought it was the lack of grunt in my pc to run the program but maybe not.

I've experienced the same thing with some docos I've been Watching on you tube. It seems to degrade the quality if it detects a low bandwidth .

I've started running network speed tests when it happens and it's invariably when our broadband connection is slow

Damn I was going to say stick it in an envelope so you are light years ahead of my approach already.

It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
