    Didn't see any live sharks when I was on the Chathams didn't see any live sharks but the guy we were staying with had some photos of huge sharks that had been caught there over the years.Later that year his deckhand was bitten by a shark and survived. He works in shark conservation now and films sharks ,obviously doesn't hold a grudge despite what he went through. You can see his stuff here https://www.instagram.com/kinascollay/
