    Waterproof Trail Cameras

Just picked up my two Bushnell trail cams after 6 weeks out and discovered both have leaked water. While it's been wet these things are supposed to be waterproof.

I'll try drying them out but it's a bit disappointing.

Does anyone have suggestions for genuinely waterproof trail cams? I'm using them in the bush so they don't need to be high spec, just stay watertight.

    Thanks

Only time they not water proof (or should be) is when the pesky Possum turns them upside down
    Were they genuine Bushnell
Think they be on a par with Browning etc

Yup, both genuine Bushells. One is 8 yrs old, the other 2 yrs old. Neither appeared to have been disturbed. I might try running a piece of tape around the join next time.

    8yrs
The rubber seal might be faulting
Run some good quality tape (silage tape from rural store would be perfect) around the opening seal
