    18" Model Seven 223

I got this 223 going yesterday, it has been a work in progress for a while now

I imported a AICS compatible bottom metal for it that has 1/4" action screws front & rear

I also imported a light firing pin, Manners stock & 1-8 Muller Works cut rifled barrel for it, it was fluted along with the bolt modifications locally.

    It looks & feels great

It shoots reasonably well so far considering it isn't bedded & has only had 20 rounds through it

It liked the 80 ELDM's better than the 75, go figure

    Very nice
I'm drawn to the mountains and the bush, it's where life is clear, where the world makes the most sense.

Very cool little rifle, love my 18 inch barreled mod 7 223 but it's basically stock.

After bedding it I took it back to the range in the weekend, seems to have helped

    Tried some 08 as well

Quite a shock firing it straight after a big 375, it barely moves & is quieter than a dead mouse
