    340 Terminator

I put this together in July last year, but it didn't go to its intended home.

So I load developed with ADI 2218 & 300 Berger Elite Hunters & put it in the safe.

It has a fluted 32-33" 1.350 1-10 Lilja barrel, Gen 1 T3 Terminator brake, Barnard PL action with fluted bolt & 30 moa rail in an XLR Chassis with an NF NSX 5.5-22 x 56 Scope in NF ultra-light rings with bubble level cap.

Even though it was happy shooting sub 1/2 moa, I thought I might try some other powders so today I had a play with ADI 2225, 2218, VV 20N29 & RL50

It seems pretty happy with RL50, pretty good velocity & accuracy

Its not the lightest rifle around looking forward to shooting it 2K plus with its bigger brothers soon

    340 Terminator

Done a fair bit of work with this now. The extra speed it brings to the party really makes things easy.
It continues to amaze me, I can confidently shoot the 6 inch gong at 1850 yards.
The Swarovski X5 on top sure helps.
This 4 shot Group was shot today buy a guy who yesterday hadn't shot past 100 yards.
1400 yards in 8-10 mph of wind
2200ft-lbs of energy at that range
One day I'll talk someone into carting it up the hill for me.

That's some nice shooting, what does it weigh? Have dragged a few 338s around the hillside last couple of years, might be sucker enough to drag yours up the hill for you next time I'm in the bay

To be honest I haven't weighed it, I never intended it to be a carry a gun so it doesn't bother me.
Seems similar in weight to a R8 blaser.
