Just a bit of random info in case size and weight is an issue, the resqlink & resqlink+ are identical functionality wise. The plus however is larger and heavier as it has built in floatation. The non plus still comes with a neoprene case to make it buoyant. :eek:

Since you should be wearing the PLB at all times I would think that choosing one with built in floatation is pointless.

Disagree I already have 1 ACR unit. Goes in the glovebox of the car on long trips when no cell reception just in case come accross an accident or some other emergency and need help with out racing off looking for a house with a phone or cell reception Originally Posted by scottrods
