Thread: Butcher in Chch good with salami?

Got some fresh venny I wanna get into salami to give away for Xmas to fam and friends. Cured is booked out and the other good one I’ve had it Waimak Butcher but long was for me to Rangiora - any other good salami butchers in Chch?

The Homekill guys is a little bit out of Christchurch in loburn but their salami is worth the drive

Cured is pretty hard to go past. I haven't used them personally, but have benefitted from friends sending Blenny Veni their way (even before they started appearing on cool hunting shows)

Yea Cured aren't taking any more meat this side of Xmas so doesn't work for me unfortunately

Would have to 2nd that, I had Cattermoles in Kaiapoi process my last veni and I'd go back there again. We were recently given beef steaks, sausages, salami, bier sticks and other cuts from the Rangiora home kill guys....my next deer is going to them.
