Just wondering if anyone had some ideas for geese. I cooked one at the weekend and stuffed it with apple and celery. It was probably in a little long but overall not too bad.

Try the stuffing from my Fruit filled duck & orange juice in roasting dish.Just Juice is as good as anything.
