    Hare Stew

    I had a special guest coming round tonight so decided to splash out and make this Hare stew. Thank goodness for mobile internet - needless to say, my first time buying capers had me slightly confused in the supermarket!

    Stew was followed by fresh home-made pumpkin pie of course! Everything was up to standard (so he says) and I am now in bed, polishing off the red! We were too busy chatting to take photos of the meal at the time. It looked and tasted great though. Perfect for an autumn evening.
