Marinade sauce Eeebees? That is being a little secretive. It looks yum.
:) You cut the duck/ducks up into four pieces and make up the marinade and leave the duck in the marinade for two hours...strain the marinade then use it as a sauce with the addition of kneaded butter and two or three tsps of red currant jelly to thicken it...
The recette for the marinade is...
8 juniper berries, crushed
12 black peppercorns, crushed
125ml red wine
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsps oil olive
Hmmm, a little but not a lot. Marinade huh?.
