As the title suggests today I made some protein packed Old School Pickled Eggs.
I took some of this
Hard boiled and peeled the eggs, chopped half the onion, placed it all in a jar with the spices, topped it off with white vinegar.
And ended up with this
Ten days resting in the fridge then num num num

. Unfortunately he also has a bar at his house so whenever we are round there watching sport or for Thirsty Friday, eventually the pickled stuff comes out. Black beer and pickled eggs are Grade ONE atomic fart material. It's incredible. I can clear an entire workshop on a Saturday morning.
