Orange Marmalade Duck Breast

Well Team after the shoot today my mate said il show you a recipe , he turns up here with a oven bag & a jar of orange marmalade , 6 breasts skin up placed in the oven bag and a generous dollop of marmalade smeared over each breast , tie the oven bag off with a finger size hole for a vent , Done , place in oven for about 1 hour on 160 , I was conjuring up all sorts of ideas to cook them so when mate turns up with such a simple method I was a lil sceptical , it was bloody good !! tender & tasty , put a little juice from the oven bag on thinly sliced breasts and good to go , Give it a whirl .

Duck a l'orange kiwi style. Sounds good to me. Ned to pull finger and suss a spot for this duck shooting malarky
