Our Kiwi version of the

Argentinian Ranch Breakfast of Revuelto Gramajo Kiwi style.

I simply cut up & fry up to heat our Home Made Venison ,Pork,Goat & Tahr Sausages .

Add some chopped onions, red bell pepper, jalapeño pepper and some spices. This cooked just until the onions go clear.

We always keep some frozen Hash Browns in the fridge just add around 4 cups & cook for around 4 minutes .then add shredded cheese & eggs cook until done to your taste.

Something a bit different to the same old bacon & eggs :thumbsup:
