I did some last night. I doubled the mixture shown and after cooking I took the meat chunks out, brought the juice to a boil and thickened it with cornflour then shredded the meat chunks back into the sauce. Best I’ve done :thumbsup:
Don’t put too much chilli in or leave it out all together.
