Same as chicken casserole but add pineapple chunks to taste.

I always like to put rabbit quarters into the crock pot and cook them long and slow with things like Onion, bacon, mushrooms, celery, kumara, beef stock Bay leaves, oregano or mixed herbs and red wine.
I also like to make dough boys for all my stews.
Thicken the stock with corn flour just before you serve it up

Sear quartered rabbit in a skillet then add to pot/dutch oven. Deglaze skillet with white wine. Saute onion, celery and carrot (Mirepoix) in butter/olive oil, add to pot. Use salt and pepper liberally. Add chicken stock and water, thyme and bay leaves.Cook on a low heat for around 6 hours. Garnish stew with chopped flat leaf parsley.

Get 1 of those meal bases from super market or the slow cooker type.Dice & joint the rabbit ,brown it with a couple of onions .Then into a pot or slow cooker with meal base.Follow directions on packet ,done. Simmer for 2 hours minimum 6-8 is better.

Just put rabbit in crockpot with abit of water and put whatever herbs you got i put garlic pepper and tuscan.Enjoy your rabbit.
