Basecamp in Katikati is the best I have found. Not quite waikato but worth a drive. They will send them out on a courier. I like them because they have about 4 different flavors. Most butchers seem to offer just 1.

There’s a guy in waihou near te aroha, G and C homekills. We have tried a number of butchers in the Waikato and he is by far the best and well priced too. We get salamis done every time we get a beast done.

Mootown meats in Morrinsville do a great job. Gluten and dairy free options for those with food allergies too.
