    Simple is best

    Hunt animal. Cut animal up. Marinade for two hours best parts of animal in Pam's Soy and Honey simmer sauce. Cook meat fast in hot pan. Eat. Drink beer. Burp. Leave washing up til tomorrow. Simple is best.

    Get one shoulder of pork.
    Put in oven dish with lid.
    Pour 1 bottle of cider in to dish.
    Pour 1 or two into chef.
    Cook on 160 for an hour.
    Throw in some course chopped winter veges and a splash of soy sauce.
    Keep on cooking till meet is tender (approx 1 hour).

    It might look rough but it tasted pretty good.

    medium rare steak on white bread with butter and salt....hard to beat that any day of the week.
