    sometimes when "," doesn't work you have to resort to "*" to really get the message across.
    they brought it upon themselves, so be it.

    @Gibo, @max headroom Rushy @@300CALMAN, 40mm

    Yeah my bad. I actually did a big slice up day but got lazy and took the photo's on my phone. My technical expertise let me down and i couldnt get the pics posted off my phone without you all wading through my links instead of photos'

    But just close your eyes and imagine 2 kg of home cured bacon ( rolled and strung ) smoked for 8 hrs in the cold smoker then further cooked for 2 hrs on the heat. sitting on the slicer partially sliced ( big stack of sliced bacon to the right and a half sawn log of rolled bacon to the left )

    I had also smoked a batch of fermented salami along with it. Some nice shots of sliced and whole salami blended onto a nice rectangular dish.

    Oh well now I have your interest. Sorry I got too challenged and then thought nah fuckit

    I may have picked up on a issue - you must immediately send a sample (1-3 kg of the bacon and 1 kg of the salamis) to me to provide feedback,......
