    @MSL thats a pretty industrial looking device you have there!! what have you smoked in it (whole legs of venison? Pork? )
    @Beaker I love to do smoked cheese, I usually do a few kilos at this time of year and Vac pack it for christmas gifts. Sliced up into 250 gram slabs.
