    Soul food

    Just tucking into the 3 Fallow shanks gifted by VC.
    Cooked on the woodburner since 6.30 along with mushrooms, onions and spuds, in a rich red wine and garlic sauce.

    Agree shanks rule been souping with them 9 year daughter went gaga on it she ate in main meal three days straight ,it was nuts I was happy as
