    Venison kebabs with Peanut Sauce

A decent cut of venison in 2cm cubes, about 600 grams.

Mix up in a bowl with 2 tsp grated fresh ginger (has to be fresh), 1/4 C soy sauce, 2 tsp sesame oil, 2 tsp honey. Cover and marinade in fridge for a minimum of two hours.

Cut up some veges, red capsicum, zucchini, red onion and the like.

Once marinaded thread the meat and veges onto skewers.
