Venny, Tahr or Chamoose slow cooker Curry

This is a quick simple meal and gets better as it ages a day or 2.

Get a kilo of your favorite game meat (any cut will do). Coat it in seasoned corn flour and brown with an onion.
1 packet of McCormicks indian mild curry. You can add more heat with some chilli and vengat? curry powder later. If you are sharing with kids dont add any heat.
Mix McCormicks with a cup of your fav stock and add browned meat and onion to slow cooker.
Add your fav root vegies. Celery and carrots are a must but.
    1 can of spiced tomatoes.
Add another 1/2 cup of stock if you like it a bit runny for rice.
Add some frozen veg or leafy sliced greens (silverbeat, spinnach or bok choy) an hour before eating
Put on low for the day or high for 4-5 hours.

Serve with basmati rice or mashed spud.

    Enjoy

You can get beef and red wine mixes from McCormicks they are just as good Cam. The cook and I are into spicey foods and the kids are slowly getting used to it. Bloody simple to prepare and especially good if the family is away and you get a few days out of it for yourself.

Pot calling kettle! I seem to remember struggling to breath on several occasions. You and that goofy Ginga one, were constantly and inconsiderately emptying your gutbags in that hut up the way.
