    Where can you get mutton in wellington?

    Been trying to find mutton for ages, can't find it anywhere. Went to several butchers and no one stocks it. Am i looking in the wrong places? Is it even possible to get mutton in wellington? Help!

    It was pretty darn good, i'm pretty sure i've figured it out (or at least something close to it) just need to get the ingredients. It's my first time celebrating christmas this year and this is something i wanted to do.
