    Wild offal is amazing

    Hey everyone,

I am wondering how I can acquire fresh wild offal in great quantities.

Basically I want to eat liver, heart, eyeballs, brain, bone marrow, etc as much as possible. I've seen remarkable improvements in my health when eating these foods. I want to be able to eat them every week. "Let thy food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food" - Hippocrates

I would purchase offal from butchers but the quality is usually terrible (especially compared to wild offal).

What is the best way to do this in terms of sustainability, cost, quantity and general location (not asking for any specific spots of course).

    Thank you
