About LinkBacksThe 1:7 barrel will work well with heavier ammo - im not sure on the specs for SS209 and I have yet to try a full range of ammo. Personally I have been using the Hornady 55g SP steel case ammo that is very cheap but getting nice results with the lighter projectile.
