Was away over the weekend so spent way too much time reading through old forum threads on the tablet,
I saw Toby's thread on a 9mm shotgun so thought I'd post mine up.
Has a 9mm pistol barrel inside a machined sleeve locktited into the 12ga barrel, with a chamber cut at the rear, generally sits behind the seat in the ute in case I see goats on the roadside.
May get a smaller red-dot for it and spray bomb it camo, still plenty of room for shortening in future

I was thinking a full length barreand the same as you re: modifying the extractor
But talked myself into the idea of if im going to spend money on a barrel and getting the extractor modded and stuff I might as well save up for a 9mm that takes a mag. I'd love a marlin camp nine
Yeah the exact reason I haven't gone overboard with it, could just buy a izh-18mh single shot in the desired calibre for cheap. Only thing this project cost was $40 for the shotgun and $5 for the railQuote:
