Not much change out of $10k, if any.
The second is 7.2x3m, roughsawn treated timber, 2 rooms, 2 2nd hand doors, 2 2nd hand windows, lined in ply, one half insulated, clad in second hand iron with the obvious wall in macro board and batten. Wired for basic 12v. Not much change out of $10k, if any.
And that was following marketplace, looking for bargains, scrounging up windows etc. Both are on treated piles concreted in, all floor joists etc are treated. And both can be unbolted from the piles and moved on a car transporter trailor if required.
