    Drift trike take 2

I wasn't happy with my first attempt at making a drift trike...so I made version 2.0

There's well over 30hrs put into making this bad boy. I started with a kids drift trike, and well there really isn't that much of it left untouched. I won't bore you with a step by step...but there were many.

I just assembled it tonight, after letting the paint dry for the last two days. Waiting on a chain, and longer cables to complete.

    Should be fun

This is what it liked like about 2 days ago after all the chopping and fabrication was complete.

Bare metal is sexy, in hindsight I should have just clear coated the bare metal finish. Maybe version 2.1 eh???

First start up...no brakes connected at this stage...wheels will get nylon sleeves to make it "drift". Stoked with how it came out, even the Henry Ford paint job looks the part, and my wife's roller derby black and white stickers to make it go faster :-). https://youtu.be/8LxAXOCjKSk

It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

Yes, that poor little motor was laboring a bit with 100kg on it. It will be sweet for the kids.

There is a real knack required to initiate the skid with the rear brake, then throttle it to maintain it. I can honestly say that I am yet to develop this ability
