Extractor claw issue

So, on my 7mm prc, I have a slight issue, where once I put a round in the chamber, its hard to close the bolt, once its down, it functions normalls until the bolt is opened fully again and the round is extracted, which extracts normally, i removed the extractor claw, and tried again and it chambers and drops fine. Does anyone notice anything odd about my pierce TI bolt extractor ? Its for a right hand action - I feel like the extractor claw could be for a left hand bolt ? I swapped the extractor claw from the same action I have, same bolt face etc and the problem is still there. So I removed and swapped over the extractor pin and spring.. the problem changed to the other rifle. Im assuming maybe the problems in the extractor itself.

The chamfer on the extractor is not truly concentric as you can see exposed flat on the right edge in the photo. If you eased the edge with a Dremel so the line followed the inside edge of the bolt recess the problem will go away.

Id say the extractor claw is "too thick" and bottoms out on the ID of the receiver (you see where on the extractor claw some of the blueing has been rubbed off)

this means that the claw can not swing outward far enough to be able to clear the brass rim. it appears to only be missing a little bit of clearance which is why you are able to force it.

stoning/dremeling might resolve the issue.

Managed to find out the issue further in, I swapped out the Ejector and spring from another rifle, and the problem swapped to my other rifle, Removed both springs again and compared them, the problematic bolt spring is a coil longer, so i dremeled the edge off to match the length of the other spring, aswell as polished the edge of the ejector itself. Seems to have fixed my problem.

Sounds like the spring was bottoming out and stopping the extractor opening far enough. The manufacture would probably appreciate being made aware of this issue so they can keep an eye on it, or they might be aware of it already.
