    My one liked 42.4gr of 2209 behind a 140gr PSP. I saw one where the flag was replaced with a know that stuck out to the rear rather than upwards. (Picture grinding of the "flag" and welding a flange at the rear.) Dont like to think about how well it worked but it cleared the scope OK.
