    Old BSA sight replacement

    Had a challenging job on this week, making a missing sight element for an old 1920s BSA air gun.

    The smaller the parts the harder it gets, primarily the issue is not cutting it off the stock too early as holding it gets tricky.

    Anyway done and one happy customer.

    I did something like that once with a selection of files. Actually I did it about four times, before I got one that I didn't stuff up. All I can say, is never again...

    That is even more impressive when you consider that the size of the thing means that it would have wanted to flex and vibrate all over the place while machining. Nice!
