TMK ?
they worked for me, after trying the 75 Amax.
can send you some 62grainers to test if you like
doesnt say tmk on it sierra match king
The 69’s should be perfect in 1-9 @northdude
ill give them another try after a bit of experimenting it seems this rifle doesnt like being cleaned shoots like shit for about 10 or so rounds before groups start tightening up
What is the intended use with them?
Paper only? Or some hunting?
As I don’t use them for hunting, tend to pencil through.
Happy to buy them off you.
Both found them ok for hunting in ar
TMK is the tipped version of the Match King.
Green tip. Both versions have the same shape. The MK is slightly more traditional shape compared to things like the Amax, ELDM and Bergers.
Ok no they arent tipped
@northdude - I've just had a really good couple of experiences with the Game changer - which is essentially a Tipped Game King, in my 6.5 - The TMK I'd say would be similar with the tip meaning it opens up better that the traditional match king that tend to pencil through. The 69 looks like it might be worthy of a bit of a load development mate... Will watch with interest..
this is 55gr shoots pretty good this was from a clean barrel no sight adjustments Attachment 121111
this is 69gr from clean barrel no sight adjustments Attachment 121112
@northdude, some questions...
100yds / 100m ?
are you shooting factory or reloads ?
looks like quite a bit off a vertical to me, is the rifle in a plastic fantastic stock ?
shooting off a bipod or a solid rest ?
are you getting more vertical later in the string ? first 5 shots tight vertically ?
100m handload 25gr 2208 69gr sierra matchking savage mod 16 brand new i guess about 100 rounds through it bipod off concrete bench so it jumps around a bit get verticle at end of string group seems to tighten up as barrel heats or fouls 55s shoot good tho i need to take it out again without cleaning the barrel
