    Cartridge Belts

    Can you have a belt with shotgun rounds stored in it locked up (simply because a box came apart) or are they the same as magazines and need to be unloaded?

    Unless the belt fits in the mag hole and functions there is no problem. Really just like putting into an ice cream container or plastic box from a shop.

    Mines in the porch with all my coats, full belt too. But it is under a coat,and the coats don't get much use.
