Greetings all,
Have been having a bit of a battle with this. Appears that the lines in the form for mag cap and Serial No are missing from my on line forms. Anybody else had the same experience?

They'll be on holiday today and tomorrow. Then there's the weekend. Ring at 8.30 Monday morning and you will get through.
I gave up at the start with the online version too many not listed so it's all been done by phone.

Hi yip was the same with mine that I did start of Dec, I ended up just phoning in and that even took a few days to get through but was very easy once I got hold of them.

All done. Rang 8:30 Monday morning, got straight through and sorted my initial problems out. Got into difficulties again so rang 8:30 this morning. Got straight through again and all sorted.
