    Not wanting to get into a big discussion about the registration but has anything official been released about it or have I missed it?
    We are only a few months away from it being implemented and as far as I am aware nothing official about its implementation and what FAL holders are supposed to do.

    Well that's too little too late isn't it... What happens with registration of things owned by organisations and not individuals, and what happens with things with no serial number or a serial number that isn't in characters on a keyboard?
